Spray Paint

I've never used spray paint before.  No, I'm not kidding.  Don't judge.

I was okay with that.

But with Pinterest taking up so much of my life, it's hard to imagine a life without spray paint.

So I bought a can of Rustoleum yesterday.  The rain let up just for me!

Let me tell you, this is some cool shit.  You just spray it on and it's done.  Seriously!  How did I miss out on this fun for the last 28 years?!

First, I painted these cardboard letters I picked up at JoAnn's.  Yes, I know the picture looks ridiculous because all my letters wouldn't fit on one row.  Oh well.  I was too lazy to rearrange it for the picture.  I also painted that Dollar Tree pumpkin, and some hardware from a drawer.

SO FUN!
Folks, this is seriously cool!   It dried so fast, and those letters look amazing now.  The best part is it's on SALE at Michael's right now.  I just might be heading back there to pick up a few more cans in other colors.

I couldn't stop there.  It only took 5 minutes (maybe) to paint all of that.  I needed more! So I grabbed frames and boards and doo-dads and painted them up too!

Then I got a GREAT idea!  Let's paint a table!!!!

I chose this one.  Crystal said we had to sand it a bit first.  I don't know why, but I was bouncing with impatience while I waited for her to get it done.

Of course I forgot to take pictures of it's awesome silverness....because I was excited about the next step!

I painted some Elmer's glue on all over the top, then quickly painted on CeCe Caldwell's Vintage White, before the glue dried.  Grabbed a hair dryer, and watched as the beauty unfolded, or cracked, whatever.

Love this!  It came out so pretty!  I left the legs silver because I can't decide if I want to do this crackle magic on them or not.

 What do you think??
